Finding a slot

Some clubs invite claims. Others keep the roster curated.

When a released position is open to artists, you can claim it directly or reserve it for approval. When a club is club-managed, its staff assign the position instead.

HostArtists bookings and outside commitments, together.

Add gigs at clubs that are not on HostArtists, private events, festivals, or recurring commitments. They can block conflicts without exposing private details to a club.

No mental timezone maths

See SLT and your local time together.

HostArtists stores actual timestamps in UTC, creates schedules in SLT, and converts them to the IANA timezone in your profile—including local dates when a set crosses midnight.

The role on the line matters.A DJ slot is not a Host slot, and a Live Singer slot is not a DJ slot. Clubs can programme the combination that fits their room.

Public calendar subscriptions

Every public artist profile and club page includes a webcal subscription, an .ics download, and a copyable feed URL for Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook, or another iCalendar app.

Google Calendar and Outlook sync

Artists can connect a primary Google or Outlook calendar for two-way exchange of upcoming HostArtists bookings and outside commitments. Imported events stay private by default.

Audio and community links

Add public links for Discord, Mixcloud, SoundCloud, Spotify, Apple Music, Bandcamp, Twitch, Kick, YouTube, TikTok, and other channels to an artist or club profile.

Music profiles in one place

Link Spotify, Apple Music, Bandcamp, Audiomack, Mixcloud, and SoundCloud profiles so visitors can follow the artist beyond one appearance.

Featured audio on artist profiles

Artists can feature public Mixcloud shows and SoundCloud tracks, sets, or songs. HostArtists embeds the official player under one neutral Audio section.

Featured video on artist profiles

Artists can feature a public YouTube video, Short, or live replay. HostArtists embeds the official YouTube player without copying the video.

Mixcloud Live signal

Artists can mark a Mixcloud Live session as live so it appears in Live Now and on the profile. Visitors follow the direct Mixcloud Live link because the external live player cannot be embedded.

YouTube Live player

Add a YouTube channel link and an API key can let HostArtists detect a current YouTube Live broadcast and embed the official player on the profile and Live Now.

Twitch schedule sync

Send public confirmed HostArtists appearances and public external shows to your Twitch schedule. HostArtists stays the source of truth; entries created manually on Twitch are left alone.
